Privacy Policy

Short and clear — here's how we handle your data when you join the waitlist.

1. Data controller

Igor Smith Kazhdan, Konsul-Smidt-Platz-Str. 72, 280217 Bremen, Germany
Email: [email protected]

2. What data we collect

  • Your email address, when you sign up via the waitlist form.
  • Optionally, your planned travel window (as a rough category, e.g. "this summer").
  • Technically unavoidable server logs (IP address, user agent) — only to prevent abuse, kept for a maximum of 14 days.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use your email exclusively to notify you when early access opens. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by actively submitting the form.

4. Form processing (Formspree)

The waitlist form is processed via Formspree (provider: Formspree Inc., USA). Formspree stores the submissions and forwards them to us. Transfer to the US is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Retention period

We store your email until you unsubscribe, or until we've notified you and you haven't taken up early access. You can request deletion of your data at any time — just email [email protected].

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict the processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

7. Fonts

All fonts on this page are self-hosted. No requests are made to Google Fonts or any other external font service.

8. Analytics (Umami)

We use Umami, a self-hosted, cookieless analytics tool, to understand how many people visit this page and which content they're interested in. Umami sets no cookies, builds no personal profiles, and fully anonymizes IP addresses — no consent under the ePrivacy Directive is required. The data never leaves our own infrastructure.
